Elizabethtown Fair Welcomes You!

The Elizabethtown Fair is one of 109 Pennsylvania State Fairs.

We offer animal, agricultural, competitive and commercial exhibits. We have a free petting zoo, free nightly entertainment, contests for all ages, rides and lots of great food!

Each August the Elizabethtown Fair provides an opportunity for the showcasing of agriculture in Lancaster County and surrounding counties. Many local civic organizations and church groups use the Fair as their principal fund raiser for the year. It is also an opportunity for local businesses and organizations to promote themselves.

The Elizabethtown Fair Board and Committee would like to thank all those who help make the Fair a success. First of all, without our partners, the Elizabethtown Area School District and the Elizabethtown Brethren in Christ Church, the Elizabethtown Fair would not be possible at the present site. We would also like to thank all our exhibitors, vendors, sponsors and those who support our auctions. Thank you also to all our volunteers and those who attend - without you the Fair would not exist!

The 33rd Annual Elizabethtown Fair Chicken BBQ will be held Saturday, May 11, 2019 on the Elizabethtown Fairgrounds. This year a Bake Sale will again will be held at the same time.

The Chicken BBQ will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Tickets can be purchased for 1/2 chicken at $4.00 or dinners at $7.00. Dinner will include 1/2 BBQ chicken, potato chips, applesauce, roll, dessert and a drink. There will be a drive-through pick-up on the Fairgrounds. Advance BBQ tickets are now available from Elizabethtown Fair members and friends, or by calling 367-7256. Tickets may also be purchased at Brandt’s Farm Supply, Weis Market Elizabethtown, Weis Market Mount Joy and Groff’s Meats. Dinners will be $8.00 and halves $5.00 the day of the event.
